areas where support will be most effective. The customer can define
the focus, be it strategic development planning; managing the procurement
and introduction of new systems; supporting the development of the ICT
curriculum; auditing skills, software and hardware; team-teaching with
staff; training; or moving towards a national accreditation such as the
NAACE mark.

knowledge of networks and educational software is, however, extensive
and we may be able to point you in the right direction. Any advice so
offered is not warranted and we do not aim to replace hardware and software
