What I want doesn’t fit with your packages.

We are northwest based, serving northwest schools; our aim is to be as flexible in our approach as possible. All our packages can be tailored to the customer’s precise requirements. Simply contact us for a detailed discussion.

My LEA provides free web hosting, why should I pay?

LEAs typically host websites on their own servers which means that you cannot upload and update your site away from school. In addition, LEAs do not suffer the same commercial pressures to keep websites up and running at all times. We use the same reputable, UK based, hosting company for our own website as we do for our schools.

My LEA provides a free template website design system, why should I pay?

The same hosting issue applies as above, but in addition you have to find someone who has the time and skills required to update it. Again a quick scan of school websites shows that this usually doesn’t happen and you get a whole load of very similar looking websites.

Can I upgrade my package?

Certainly, you simply pay the difference plus a £25 admin charge. For example, to upgrade from Package 1 to Package 2 will cost £175 plus the monthly subscription.

Can you visit the school to work on web design with us?

Yes, we can do on-site visits to work with you on your website. This is charged at £200 per day, or £125 per half-day.

Important note

The school is responsible for all content on its website and all images and information displayed must conform to the school’s own policies on acceptable use of the internet. Where necessary, permission must have been sought from individuals prior to their image being used. Creative ICT can accept no responsibility for breaches of subscribing schools’ own acceptable use policies.
