Crumpsall Lane Primary School
Crumpsall Lane is a two-form entry primary
school in north Manchester with a 45 place nursery.John was appointed ICT
co-ordinator and member of the Senior Management Team in January 2001.

In October 1999, Ofsted reported that a key issue for the school was to:
> Provide more opportunities for pupils to learn, practice and consolidate IT skills
> Provide more opportunities to use IT to support learning across the curriculum
> Improve the resources available to support work in this area of the curriculum

> IT is used consistently to support learning across the curriculum from Foundation to Year 6
> All teachers have laptops and all staff have access to IT resources to support communications in school and their own professional development.

> A rolling programme of whiteboard installations will mean that all year groups will have access to one by 2006
